Check packaging, coil labels and delivery documents. Retain photos and labels for any visible damage or document discrepancy and contact us for review.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
From arrival checks, weighing and truck-bed protection to cargo verification and document handover. The photographs and documents illustrate individual stages; they are not a continuous record of a single vehicle or shipment.
Materials control checks loading instructions with sales and logistics, confirms the vehicle and carrier, and verifies driver and vehicle credentials. The empty vehicle weight is recorded before loading for the later weight reconciliation.
Materials control checks truck-bed cleanliness and loading safety. Protective liners separate the packaged material from contact surfaces in the truck bed to reduce abrasion and packaging damage.
After loading, staff and the carrier jointly check the condition of the packaging and the package count. Any discrepancy is reviewed before the handover continues.
Once the cargo checks are complete, the truck is covered with a tarpaulin and moves from the warehouse to the weighbridge. The loaded vehicle weight is recorded.
Use the tare and loaded weighing records to reconcile the cargo weight with the loading records. Investigate discrepancies before confirmation. Packaging and other loading materials are handled according to the agreed weighing basis.
After confirmation of cargo condition, count and weight, the driver signs the delivery note. The delivery note, packing list, steel mill material certificate and finished-product inspection report accompany the shipment, completing the factory loading process.
